John 13:4-5
Jesus Did NOT Consider Servant Hood a Part-Time Job
- Got Up from Eating
- Got Ready to Work
- Got Into Work Clothes
He Was Not Putting on a Show; He Was Putting Off the Showy
- Poured Water
- Began to Wash Feet
- Wiped Feet Towel-Dry
… so he got up from the meal, took off his outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around his waist. After that, he poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples’ feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around him. NIV
Jesus’ Servant Ministry was Built from the Ground Up
