Elijah Looked on Proudly as John …

Turned Fathers Hearts to Children
Turned Disobedient Hearts to Righteous Wisdom
Made Ready a People Prepared for the Lord

And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous—to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”

John Prepared People for Jesus’ Appearing, Leading, and Salvation as Messiah.

“Great Things He Hath Taught Us, Great Things He Hath Done, and Great Our Rejoicing Through Jesus His Son …”

His Mercy Extends to Every Generation:

Performing Mighty Deeds
Scattering the Proud
Bringing Down Rulers
Lifting Up the Humble
Filling the Hungry with Good Things
Sending Away Empty the Rich
Helping Israel
Remembering Abraham’s Descendants
Keeping His Word to our Faithful Forefathers

Mary’s Song

And Mary said: “My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant. From now on all generations will call me blessed, for the Mighty One has done great things for me—holy is his name. His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation. He has performed mighty deeds with his arm; he has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts. He has brought down rulers from their thrones but has lifted up the humble. Mouth was Opened

Tongue was Loosed

He Began to Speak

The Holy One was the Holistic One, even as a Young Person

Grew and Became Strong (Body)
Filled with Wisdom (Mind)
God’s Grace was Upon Him (Spirit)

And the child grew and became strong; he was filled with wisdom, and the grace of God was upon him.

Jesus Stayed After Church Services for Extra Study Time

Jesus was in the Temple Courts …

Sitting Among the Teachers
Listening to the Teachers
Asking Questions of the Teachers

After three days they found him in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions.
